General Terms and conditions:

• Prices include tax
• Any shipment and or addition costs, such as costums are to be fullfilled by the buyer
• The total amount must be paid in full before shipment
• You will recieve a track and trace and shipment confirmation
• Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order

 

Returns and cancellations:

• Cancelling your order is only possible when it hasn't been sent yet.

• It's possible to return your order up untill 14 days after you recieve it. The product must be returned in the original packaging to prevent any damage to the product.

• if your purchase is damaged in shipment, please document the damage for insurance reasons
• only the costs of the artwork will be refunded, shipment or any other additional costs are to be paid by the buyer,
